Yes, we have a refreshing pool located just steps from the beach.
We are sorry that our dormitory category would not be suitable for children and we would like to keep a quiet zone for all sharing guests in the dormitory.
Our check in time is 14:00 hrs on wards. Early check-in is available, subject to availability, additional charges may apply However, our guests may store their luggage at the property and use the hotel’s facilities while waiting for the room.
Our check out time is 11:00.
Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of your departure date (with additional charges 50%). Also, after charges may apply. Kindly contact front desk directly before last day of your stay at the property.
After checking out before noon, the guests may leave their luggage at the property and use the hotel’s facilities while waiting for departure time.

Our hotel requires credit card guarantee for any promotions with normal cancellation policy and the full payment for any promotions with non-refundable.
Yes. Our hotel can accept the booking without credit card detail, which you can use Ipay option/bank transfer or if you don’t have any of them, also don’t hesitate to contact our reservation team. We are pleased to help you.
We accept Visa, Master, Union pay, Alipay cards, and cash in local currency. (Amex not accepted)

To avoid any penalty charges, please arrange any amendments or cancellations:
Stay date from : 01 Oct To : 31 May at least 14 days before arrival date.
Except for Stay date from : 20 Dec To : 10 Jan at least 30 days before arrival date.
If changes or cancellations are made after this time, the hotel will charge 100% of the booking amount. This policy may vary for non-refundable bookings, as specified in the terms and conditions at the time of reservation.
Refunds for canceled reservations are subject to our booking conditions. Under our standard cancellation policy, you must request the cancellation at least 14 day prior to your arrival date. Once the cancellation is processed, we will refund the full amount to your credit card. Please note that the refund process can take several weeks, and the timeline may vary depending on your bank’s procedures and policies.
We provide a comfortable bed, clean sheet, blanket, towel, body wash, shampoo, free Wi-Fi, air conditioner, and a key room in all room types.

We do not offer extra beds.
Guests can store their luggage free of charge with the maximum 1 week before check-in or after check-out.
All guests must be registered at the front desk before going to the room.

As we are a non-smoking hostel, and our rooms are all non-smoking rooms accordingly. Smoking in the room is prohibited and will be subjected to the penalties.
To ensure all guests’ comfort while staying with us, smoking areas are provided in specific locations or where designated, and you are allowed to smoke only at those spots in order to avoid disturbance and maintain hygienic and healthy environment.
If you have made your booking via a 3rd party then you must contact them to make any changes
